Harmonix today announced that a 3-pack from Breaking Benjamin and a single from Papa Roach will be available beginning November 1st in the Rock Band 3 Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Wii™.
Those rock n roll gangsters over at Harmonix just hit Kik Axe Music with the news that COLDPLAY will be making their debut on the ROCK BAND platform this coming Tuesday. Chris Martin and Co. will see a six-pack of their greatest hits arrive as DLC in the ROCK BAND 3 music store.
Harmonix has informed Kik Axe Music™ that LIMP BIZKIT will see four songs from their catalog arrive on the ROCK BAND 3 platform this Tuesday, October 4, 2011.
“Re-Arranged” and “Nookie” lead off the pack, both singles from the band’s album Significant Other, released in 1999. “My Way” from 2001’s Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water also heads to the Rock Band store, followed by “Gold Cobra” from the 2011 album of the same name. “Gold Cobra” is the lead single off of Gold Cobra, Limp Bizkit’s first new studio album since 2005, which peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hard Rock Album charts.
Since NEVERMIND is already available to play on the ROCK BAND 3 platform, Harmonix has announced four new NIRVANA tracks for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Nintendo Wii to coincide with the 20th Anniversary of the album. The new selections were taken from 1993's IN UTERO, and 2002's NIRVANA compilation.
September 13th marks 200 weeks of ROCK BAND DLC, an impressive feat for the last major music game standing and holding strong. The folks at Harmonix hit Kik Axe Music with the news this morning that they're bringing four new playable tracks to the platform with titles from WEEZER and JANIS JOPLIN. Harmonix has announced that 5 singles from the Beastie Boys, Heart, James Brown and Rufus will be available beginning August 2nd in the Rock Band 3 Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Wii™.

This coming Tuesday, the ROCK BAND Music Store is getting a little variety in the form of singles from P.O.D., ERASURE, and FRANKIE GOES TO HOLLYWOOD. As usual, the songs will be new DLC for ROCK BAND 3, availble for XBOX 360, PLAYSTATION 3, and NINTENDO WII.
