Harmonix today announced that a 3-pack from Breaking Benjamin and a single from Papa Roach will be available beginning November 1^st in the Rock Band 3 Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360^® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation^®3 computer entertainment system and Wii^™.

DRIVE A has released a short film entitled DRIVE A'S HALLOWEEN TOUR NIGHTMARE. The 10-minute short was filmed along the recently-completed Rock Allegiance Tour and features members of BUCKCHERRY, P.O.D. (still ''Pile of Dog Shit''), and PAPA ROACH. You can check out the cinematic glory below, along with a new batch of tour dates on which DRIVE A will support the gang from BLACK VEIL BRIDES followed by a headline tour with support from THE FRANTIC.

PAPA ROACH have released their new music video for the track No Matter What via VEVO, and you can catch the clip below. The track comes from last years TIME FOR ANNIHILATION... ON THE RECORD AND ON THE ROAD, which I discussed at length with guitarist Jerry Horton right here on Kik Axe Music™.

As I'm sitting here in snowy Chicago fielding reports from Pamela Koller at the Kik Axe Crew out in Anaheim for the 2011 Winter NAMM Show, my head is spinning over all the new gear that's on display. When you think of PAPA ROACH, it might not occur to you that the band has been rockin' it since 1993. Hitting the mainstream psyche a decade ago with their second album, and first for Dreamworks - INFEST, the album spawned singles that are still in rotation today, with songs like "Broken Home," and the mega-hit "Last Resort" becoming staples of rock radio.

Over the course of the past ten years, the band has seen lineup changes and label switches (Dreamworks, Geffen, DGC/Interscope, Eleven Seven), and while many bands would be showing signs of age and stress, PAPA ROACH has instead become a stronger band, delivering constant quality in both studio and live performances.

On September 21, CARLOS SANTANA will release GUITAR HEAVEN: THE GREATEST GUITAR CLASSICS OF ALL TIME, an all-star collaboration between the guitarist and several guest vocalists. The all-covers set finds Santana reworking songs from AC/DC, THE DOORS, THE BEATLES, LED ZEPPELIN, DEEP PURPLE, and more with the assistance of talent borrowed from the likes of LINKIN PARK, PAPA ROACH, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS, SOUNDGARDEN.

With the release of TIME FOR ANNIHILATION... ON THE RECORD AND ON THE ROAD, PAPA ROACH present what they're calling a "unique hybrid listening experience" that combines new studio recordings with a "greatest hits" live set. The concept is a bit of a head-scratcher, as it's not an EP, a full studio album, nor a full live album either - rather a piece that recalls a host of Japanese import discs from the mid-1990's.
